Since 1997 I have had the pleasure of assisting a multitude of families find the perfect place to call home.

Raised in Powhatan County from the age of 10, I clearly have an appreciation of what Powhatan and our surrounding counties have to offer.

I graduated from Mary Baldwin College in 1989 with a degree in Arts Management and I hold a minor in Historic Preservation. Marketing homes takes a great deal of organization, industry marketing knowledge, patience, and a keen eye for details to ensure your property is showcased above and beyond competition.

My years of experience, and patient personality, allows me to negotiate contracts so my clients are always satisfied. My years of experience, and logistical planning ensures a successful, timely closing.

My husband and I are honored to call Powhatan our home. We have raised our three children in the county, and all were educated in our county schools. Our children all possess successful careers after college as a US Merchant Mariner, Captain and VP of Bio-Sales and our youngest is currently a student at George Washington University in the Elliott School of International Affairs in Washington, DC. We attribute their successes to the incredible opportunities Powhatan County afforded them.

I have had the honor of serving on numerous executive boards for non-profits in the Richmond Metro Area for decades offering services from everything to the National Charity League to the Powhatan Christmas Mother.

I have dedicated my professional career to the Real Estate World where I have earned such designations as a Richmond Association of Realtors Distinguished Achiever for years, Realtor of the year at VCRG, Richmond Real Producers Top 500, Virginia Agent of the Year 2021, Agent of the Year 2022, Powhatan Agent of the Year 2023 and Top 20% Nationwide.

Should you come to a point where a move is in the forecast, I’d love to lead the way. I will assist you with a move that will be a positive experience for your entire family.
